Mary Powley paints in oil, watercolour, acrylic and pastel, having studied at Sir Sanford Fleming School of Fine Arts and Niagara College. Mary has also studied with many well known Canadian and American artists.

Even though she likes to experiment with different styles and subject matter, you will find that her art is an extension of her garden. Her approach to art is the same as her approach to life: “What you send out in the way of thoughts, energy, love and caring for others always comes back”.
​
Mary grew up in the Niagara area and presently resides in Fonthill, Ontario, Canada.
